Xin Chao , Vietnam ! Welcome to Hồ Chí Minh City , also called Saigon - a city known for its pivotal role in the Vietnam War .

The city has taken a new shape and you can now see high rises , budding cosmopolitan culture that is high on energy and friendly locals . You will meet your squad for the trip on this day .

As they say , " Go big or go home " ! Partaaaaay ! Move towards the Walking Street to take in the city or live it up by getting a beautiful aerial view from the city's popular Skybar .

Post breakfast , go on a day tour to Cu Chi Tunnels . These are an underground network of tunnels that were used by Viet Cong to fight the US Military during the Vietnamese war .

There are more than 250 kms of tunnels and these extend from Ho Chi Minh City to as far as Cambodia . Visitors can enter designated area of the underground tunnels to see how the Viet Cong resisted the American attack . The most adrenaline pumping experience at the tunnels is the opportunity to fire real AK 47s / M16s and other weapons in a shooting range . Firing weapons is optional . Finish the tour , get lunch and visit nearby attractions including War Remnants Museum .

Relax post your day long outing . In the night , visit the Bui Vien Street to experience Vietnam's nightlife . Try out the region's famous Bahn Mi and Pho . Saigon's beer street has some great places to party too . Have a taste of Bia Saigon , the city's local beer .

Post breakfast , we will take a quick flight to get to Hoi An . This is the well preserved ancient riverside town of Vietnam that is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site .

The town reflects a fusion of Indigenous and foreign cultures ( principally Chinese and Japanese with later European influences ) that combined to produce this unique town vibe . Check - in and explore Hoi An town's historic district , and follow it up with indulging in some famous eats and drinks from this region .

Optional day trip - visit My Son Sanctuary . My Son is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples constructed by the Kings of Champa . Alternatively , you visit one of the longest beaches in Vietnam located close to us .

In afternoon , we will experience Vietnam's means of smart transportation from back in the day basket boats ! Ride in a basket boat in the afternoon at a nearby river surrounded by water coconut trees .

Party at An Hoi Island that lights up in the evening . Maybe take a ride back to your hotel in a cyclo ( Vietnamese Rickshaws ) .

Today , we will visit the nearby Ba Na Hills , which is a mountaintop resort complex that looks like a medieval castle . Hop on to the world's longest cable car and make your first stop at Golden Bridge ( Hand of God ) . You also get to enjoy some theme park rides as a part of the trip in Ba Na Hills today .

In the evening , relax and soak in more of Hol An's beautiful ancient town and maybe shop for famous souvenirs here .

In the morning , we will leave from Hoi An and visit the Marble Mountains in Da Nang . These are a collection of five hills made of marble and limestone , that represent Vietnam's buddhist culture . After a quick visit , we will take a flight to Hanoi , the capital of Vietnam .

Check - in to our hotel in the city's Old Quarter district . Relax for a bit then explore the city's famous Old Quarter ! In the night , go through the famous street markets of Hanoi nearby and indulge in partying like the locals !

Leave for Halong Bay early in the morning . Upon your arrival at Halong Bay , a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Halong Bay consists of a cluster of nearly 2,000 limestone islands rising from the water .

Post lunch on board , we will go caving , followed by kayaking across limestone islets in probably the most beautiful bay in the world . Return to Hanoi at night and relax !

Explore the bustling city of Hanoi with the squad today . Visit the iconic Train Street today , where you can find trains zipping through a busy narrow market street as well as the Hanoi Cathedral . Evening is at leisure , find your best Vietnamese coffee shop or shop till you drop in Hanoi .

At night , head out to the Beer Street and raise a toast to the past many days spent in this beautiful country with the best of people !
